Fort Collins Read Aloud:

• trains volunteers to read in Poudre School preschools and elementary classrooms.
• originated the annual Read-Aloud Day and is part of Read Across America Day.
• provides reading awareness to parents through workshops, seminars and written literature.
• supplies hardbound Brown Bear, Brown Bear books for new moms at PVH Bright Beginnings.
• provides books for parent/child time at Harmony House locations.
• trains and places volunteers to work one-on-one with students needing additional reading help.
